Vivian French has adapted eight favourite picture-book stories (including We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, Jack and the Beanstalk, Farmer Duck and The Three Billy Goats Gruff) so they can be read out loud by four individual narrators (or groups of narrators). Each part is clearly marked by a different coloured band and they are designed for a wide range of reading abilities.

Michael Rosen Perform-a-Poem
The wonderful Michael Rosen created this website for young people to upload videos of their performances of poems and look at other children’s performances. There are also lots of resources for teachers, including how to help pupils improve their performance skills.
